Why do an inspection at all?

New keys, new house, new adventure!

That is the state of mind when you get your keys. A home inspection would likely be the furthest thing from your mind when you are preparing to move in.

But an inspection is important.

At best, we have unearthed some minor problems like chipped tiles, and problematic sliding mechanisms on windows and doors. These minor problems sometimes become more expensive problems when you have to fix them. A minor problem allowed to grow often costs more than the home inspection.

So yes, it is basically a medical checkup for your new house.

We hope to find nothing. But we almost always find something.

Water ponding at the bathroom? That is a structural problem that leads to slips and falls, and you would want to fix that fast. These are some of the problems we might highlight to you after our inspection.

We help to unearth problems before they become more expensive to solve. And that is why we are happy to help you clear up all the problems before you can finally live in the house you deserve.

Drop us a text if you are moving in soon. There are no obligations and we would be happy to answer any questions.
