Inspection Scope

Including but not limited to:

  • Tiling Works (Hollowness, uneven tiles, water ponding etc)
  • Plumbing and sanitary (Flushing system, water pressure, leaking water pipes etc)
  • Electrical sockets and appliances (Tripping Issues, exposed wiring etc)
  • Main Gates, main, room and toilet doors, windows, fixtures, and fittings (Alignment and functionality issues, cosmetic issues)
  • Unit air conditioning system
  • Carpentry and painting works
  • General cosmetic issues
What to prepare
for homeowners

Water and Electricity to be on due to the need for checking electrical points, plumbing and sanitary works etc

Air-Conditioning remote to test the system and aircon drainage
