Assign a home inspector before you start renovations

Home inspection typically takes place before your renovation, and the simple reason for that is that it is cheaper to fix problems before renovation starts. Can you imagine how much your renovator will charge you to fix up holes in the walls and cracked windows?

So here is what is what we do for you before your renovator sees your place.

Alignment and functional issues

: Are the main gate, doors and windows properly aligned? Are they crooked? Are the hinges solid? Is there any cracked windows? (highly common) Does the door swing properly? Does the windows slide properly?

Water, Electricity and balance issues

Does water flush properly? Is there a leaking pipe somewhere in the house? Is the water pressure normal? Does water pond when the washroom is used? Is the electrical piping done correctly? Potential spots for power trips?

Messy work, negligence and broken stuffs

Are there holes in the walls? Under the doors? Is there anything broken?

We do all these and more for you when you commission us to do your home inspection. And of course, we wouldn’t leave you hanging, we will tell you how these can be fixed. Contact us today for a quote and we will get you the earliest possible slot.
