What to expect on a home inspection, and what to prepare

Our process is split into 2 inspections (one price!) and here is what you can expect from us.

1st Inspection: Our inspector will provide a thorough inspection of the unit, marking out the defects within the unit with clear and precise labels. Photos of the defects will be taken and submitted for you via the Novade app or through a comprehensive defects report which will be sent to you to bring to your developer/ main contractor for follow up.

Inspector on site will also go through with you on the defects found and provide you with any assistance or enquiries that you have on site.

2nd Inspection: After the rectification works by your developer/ main contractor, our inspector will schedule another appointment to go through and check if all the defects are rectified in good order.

Should there be any other clarifications after the final inspection, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you. This is a promise to our customers.

We are with you every step of the way, until your home is free from defects.

What to prepare:

  • Water and Electricity to be on due to the need for checking electrical points, plumbing and sanitary works etc.
  • Air-Conditioning remotes to test the system and aircon drainage
